Fireburst 2008!
 July 4th, Kimberling City Bridge
Please join us for this spectacular annual fireworks display. See the beautiful reflections on the waters of Table Rock Lake.
Join us by boat or by land. Summerfresh parking lot will be the spot for parking, entertainment and souvenirs before the fireworks begin. Come and get a good spot and pick up your electronic sparklers.
Fireburst is provided for you by the Table Rock Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and depends on your donations to be a success. You will find many locations around town with “Firecracker” donation collection cans. Please help us provide you with the Fireworks you have come to expect by donating whenever you see these cans. You can also donate online. Do it now so you can look up in the sky July 4th and say, “That’s the one I bought!”
The Fireburst Celebration will begin at noon on July 4th at the Summer Fresh parking lot in Kimberling City with vendors, games, food and music by Hotswitch Band (Formerly What’s Next). The Chamber will also be selling light up wands and spinning lights for you to display from your boat for $5.00 around town with all proceeds going toward the fireworks display. Our plan is that the light show will be as spectacular in the water and shore as it will be in the sky. If you have kids, you know it is hard to get a $5.00 toy and this is sure to be a hit with the kids and adults! You can also stop by the chamber office to pick these up for everyone in your boat. Join us for some great fun as decorated boats float by for your enjoyment. There are 3 prizes for the most inventive and enthusiastic boat decorated with the theme “Everyone Loves a Parade”.
First place prize is $500.00 donated by The Port of Kimberling Marina, second prize is $250.00 and third is $100.00 Seatow of Table Rock Lake is the trophy sponsor.
Last year this event was a great success and everyone had a great time. The 2008 Flotilla will have be lead by a yacht from Marinemax who will be cruising with our Grand Marshal. We need this event to grow this year and our lake could definitely use some good, fun publicity. Registration is $25.00 and is a contribution toward the Fireburst Fireworks. Let’s face it, you will already be on your boat…why not dress it up a little and grab a check at the end of the day! Easy Money! Your children will remember it for a lifetime, mom gets to decorate and dad gets a check. Can you think of a more perfect outing?
